WHO EXHIBITS AND ATTENDS NIBF?

Nigeria International Book Fair features various publishers, booksellers, library equipment suppliers and information service providers showcasing books, other instructional materials and gifts items. It is thus open to;

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

BADGES

Badges will be provided for company staff at the exhibition stand. Please ensure that the names and designation of the personnel that will be at your stand during the fair are correctly filled on the application form.

SALES OF PRODUCTS

This is a trade show, but exhibitors are free to sell their products to visitors.

EXHIBITION ADMINISTRATION

The organisers' office is at stand number A1 behind the reception area. Enquiries should be directed at officers at the designated location.

NIBF 2008 DIRECTORY

The Official Directory will be given free to exhibitors, while non- exhibitors and visitors who want copies will pay N700.00 or US$6 per copy.

BUSINESS DISCUSSION

A conducive location within the exhibition Halls has been provided for business discussions.

PROGRAMMES

There are function rooms in Hall B for exhibitors who may wish to organise events during the fair. Please contact NIBF Secretariat for details.

EATING AND DRINKING

There will be African and continental food, snacks and drinks for sale at designated places in Hall B and at eateries around the exhibition venue.

ACCOMMODATION

There are suitable accommodation facilities within a maximum of an hour's drive from the book fair venue.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Payment can be made by:

a. Cheques made payable to: Nigerian Book Fair Trust
